    • 1. How do I cancel my order?
      An order may only be cancelled within the first 30 minutes. Log into your account and look up your recent orders. If the cancel button is still appearing then you may still cancel your order.
    • 2. What is the process if I have received a defective item?
      We have quality control to prevent this from happening, but we do understand that there may still be times where things are overlooked and you receive a defective item. We are here to make sure you are completely satisfied with your experience. If you happened to receive a defective item, please let us know as soon as possible. Provide your order number and a picture of the defective item and we will make things right.
    • 3. What if I received the wrong item?
      Contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we may address the issue immediately. Submit your order number and a picture of the item you received. We will send you a prepaid return label and a replacement right away.
    • 4. Can I make a change in my order once I have placed it?
      We work on packing orders as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot make changes once orders are placed. Your best bet is to try to cancel an order on time and place a new one.
    • 5. How can I send my order as a gift to someone?
      We offer the option to gift wrap your items for only an additional $14.95. Also, we will not include the price of any item in your order. Incase there is an issue with the order, we can only discuss the details with the person who placed the order.
